After you've provided the basic information about a facility site, you can submit additional components to provide more detailed information about the facility site. These include the FacilitySiteAffiliation component.
Only one FacilitySiteAffiliation should be reported per facility site. In order to report the name of the company responsible for the site, you must submit both the FacilitySiteAffiliation component where you provide the company type and the AffiliationOrganization component where you provide the company name as the organization name. If more than one is reported, only the last values submitted will be kept in the EIS.
Impact of incomplete information or critical errors. If any of the data elements fail a quality assurance check that results in a critical error, none of the information submitted will be changed and the entire component will be rejected
Identifies the function that an organization or individual serves, or the relationship between an individual or organization and the facility site. Examples include: Internal Reviewer, Lead Verifier, Verifying Body.
