Reporting Period View

Click on the reporting period accordion to expand it allows the user to view additional details about the reporting period. The reporting period view provides the reporting period frequency (Reporting Period Type), emissions operating type code, the inventory year and the information for the reporting agency.

Clicking on the Reporting Period Type text link will display the Reporting Period View with details including any Calculation Parameter data.

Expand the accordion menus under the Reporting Period view to see additional activity data if available for Operating Details seasonal percentages), additional supplemental calculation parameters for the fuel combustion emissions sector, Control Approaches, Regulations, and Excluded Locations.

Supplemental data related to the reporting period including Operating Details, Reporting Period Supplemental Calculation Parameters, Control Approaches, Regulations and Excluded Locations may be updated by submitting data in an ETL submission file.

Delete Reporting Period

A user can choose to delete a reporting period associated with an emission process by clicking on the Delete Reporting Period link from the Reporting Period view. However, when deleting the reporting period, it should be noted that all the emissions records associated with the reporting period will also be permanently deleted.
