Manage Agencies


EPA EIS Account Managers have the ability to manage the agencies that are assigned to a user account via the Manage Agencies page of the Gateway.

1. Access the Account List page from the Gateway navigation menu under the Account Data menu.

2. Click on a First Name link in the data table on the Account List page.

The Account page displays the user information details for the account of the selected user. The Account page includes the Account Profile, Agency information, Account Administration, and Notification preferences.

The Account Information section displays the agencies that the user’s account has access to and indicates whether the user has write permissions to add and edit information for that agency.

3. The Manage Agencies link in the Account Information section is available to Account Managers to provide user’s access to multiple agencies if required. Clicking the link will open the Manage Agencies page.

On the Manage Agencies page, the Account Manager can select the agencies to assign the specific user account. There is no maximum limit for the number of agencies that may be selected. The Write Permission box may be checked for any agency that will be permitted to edit and submit data to EIS. After all selections have been checked, click the Save button at the bottom of the table to return to the Account page and review the agencies assigned to the user.
