Agency Submission History Reports


The Agency Submission History Report is accessible from the left navigation menu of the EIS Gateway. The reports provide information on the EIS data submissions that have completed by an agency. Reports can be requested by inventory year by selecting from the dropdown Inventory Year field above the table, and results are displayed by inventory year for each data category.

Submissions by data category for a state, local, or tribal agency, plus any agency they have been granted access to, will be displayed in the online report. If data submission has been completed by an agency the report will display the date and time of the submission. If there have been no submissions for an agency for a particular data category, the table will be populated with "NA."

Additional details are available in a status report for the Nonpoint, Onroad Emissions, and Nonroad Emissions data categories when clicking on the link.

Agency County/Tribe Count Report

The Agency County/Tribe Count Report provides a count of the Unique Processes, Unique Pollutants, and Unique SCC/Pollutants that have been submitted by an agency, as well as those locations reporting emissions.

Clicking on the County/Tribal Code link will provide the Agency County/Tribe Pollutant Count Report.

The Agency County/Tribe Pollutant Count Report page displays the SCC with the Emissions Type Code, Pollutant Count, and Expected Pollutant Count.
