Agency Submission History Reports
The Agency Submission History Report is accessible from the left navigation menu of the EIS Gateway. The reports provide information on the EIS data submissions that have completed by an agency. Reports can be request by inventory year by selecting from the dropdown Inventory Year field above the table and results are display by inventory year for each data category.
Submissions by data category for a state, local, or tribal agency, plus any agency they have been granted access to, will be displayed in the online report. If data submission has been completed by an agency the report will display the date and time of the submissions. If there have been no submissions for an agency for a particular data category, the table will be populated with "NA."
All of the values populated in the report are clickable links that will navigate a user to a status report for each agency and data category selected.
Submission Status Report
The Submission Status Report provides a count of the Expected and Total number of facilities that have submitted by an agency as well as those facilities reporting emissions.
Submission Detail Report
Clicking on the Expected or Total links will provide a Submission Detail Report listing the specific details for each facility that are expected to be reported as well as the total list of facilities that have been reported.
The Details reports have EIS Facility ID clickable links in the tables that will navigate to the Facility Site details for a selected facility.
