EIS Release Point ID | EIS Identifier for the release point as defined by the EIS System. Clicking on this id will display more details about the record. |
Agency Release Point ID | An identifier by which an element is referred to by the responsible agency system. |
Release Point Description | Text description of release point. |
Stack Diameter (FT) | The internal diameter of the stack (measured in feet) at the release height (in feet). |
Stack Height (FT) | The height of the stack from the ground (in feet). |
Release Point Width (FT) | The width of the release in the East-West direction as if the angle is zero degrees (in feet). |
Release Pont Length (FT) | The length (measured in feet) of the release in the North-South direction as if the angle is zero degrees (in feet). |
Average Percent Emissions | The average percent of an emissions flow that is vented through a control device (or control path). |
EIS Path ID | EIS Identifier for the facility site path as defined by the EIS System. Clicking on this ID will display the Site Control Path Details page |
Agency Path ID | An identifier by which an element is referred to by the responsible agency system. |
Apportionment is Uncontrolled | Indicator as to whether the release point apportionment is uncontrolled. |
Last Updated On | Date the information was last updated. |
Last Updated By | The person who made the last change. |
Last Updated From Agency | The agency to which the “Last Updated By” person belongs. |
After expanding the Release Point Apportionment accordion menu within the Emissions Process page, clicking on the Add/Edit Release Point Apportionment button within the table will take you to the details of the Release Point Apportionments for a Process on the Add/Edit Release Point Apportionment page.
Provides information about changes that have occurred to the information about Release Point Apportionment associated with a process. It provides time-stamped values of data at the release point, apportionment, who made the changes, and what organization that person belongs. Please see the Release Point Apportionment column listing if you need any descriptions of the fields presented.
If you have been authorized to update information for your agency, you will see an Add/Edit link in upper-right corner of the Release Point Apportionment accordion.
Clicking on this link will open a blank form that will allow you to add a new Release Point to the Apportionment by populating the fields. Note that the fields have a red “starburst” indicator next to them indicating that they are required fields. You will not be able to successfully save the information to the data base without values populated in these fields. EIS will evaluate the information provided. If there are any issues, errors will be displayed at the top of the form.
If you have been authorized to update information for your agency and the facility inventory window is open, you will see additional Add/Edit link in upper-right corner of the Release Point Apportionment accordion:
Clicking on the “Add/Edit Release Point Apportionment” link will open a form that will allow you to make changes to the apportionments, including adding a Site Path ID, comment, and selecting whether the apportionment is uncontrolled. Note that the average percent emissions for all Apportionments listed must have a combined total of one hundred percent or the apportionments will not save.
Clicking on the “Undo” button will clear the form of all entries and leave you on the “Edit Emissions Unit” page. Clicking on the “Cancel” button will not save any of the information that you have filled out, and you will be taken back to the Facility Site page.
Clicking on the “Add/Edit Release Point Apportionment” link from the Release Point Apportionment accordion will allow you to remove a Release Point Apportionment associated a release point. You will receive a confirmation message asking if you’re sure you want to delete. Clicking OK will delete the Apportionment from the facility site and remain on the Add/Edit Release Point Apportionment page you to the Facility Site page. Clicking Cancel will not delete the Apportionment and you will remain on the Add/Edit Release Point Apportionment page.
