Nonroad Data Completeness Report

The Nonroad Data Completeness Report indicates how an organization meets its submission requirement for Nonroad data. This is done by any of the following methods:

  • An agency accepts EPA activity data for a given inventory cycle.
  • An agency submits their own CDB Files for a given inventory cycle.
  • An agency submits emissions data for a given inventory cycle.

The Data Completeness report is an online report displayed on the Gateway by clicking the Data Completeness link on the navigation menu. Then on the Data Completeness Report page, select Nonroad from the Data Category drop down menu. From the Nonroad Data Completeness Report page you can also choose to display your data by an active inventory year by selecting a year from the dropdown menu. The data displayed in the report will automatically default to the current active inventory year.

The Nonroad Data Completeness report displays the following data for your agency:

  • Agency Organization: Agency Name
  • Region Code: (if agency organization is not considered a region or tribe)
  • Emissions Submitted?: This column will display the date that emissions were last submitted.
  • CDB Activity File Submitted?: This column will display the date that emissions were last submitted.
  • EPA Default Value Accepted?: Yes or No

You can display up to 100 records in the report at one time by selecting the number of entries to display from the drop down above the table. You may also search each column of the data table by entering text in the search box above the column. Each column can be sorted in ascending or descending alpha or numeric order by clicking on the double arrow to the right of the column heading.
