EIS Facility Identifier Report Filter

The Facility Emissions Summary, Facility Configuration, and Facility and XML Snapshot reports generated by the EIS provide a filter where a user can specify the EIS Facilities to be included in a requested report by providing the EIS Facility Identifiers for those facilities.

The EIS Facility Identifiers accordion filter when expanded will allow a user to filter a report by uploading a CSV file containing one or many different EIS Facility Identifiers.

Note: The CSV upload cannot contain more than 10,000 EIS Facility Identifiers.

To upload the EIS Facility Identifiers, create a CSV file that includes one column with a column header “EIS Facility ID” followed by the EIS Facility Identifiers for all facilities you would like to include in your report.

To add your specific EIS Facility Identifiers to the report criteria, click the “Choose File” button in the filter and browse for your saved CSV file of EIS Facility Identifiers.

When the CSV file is selected, the file name is displayed in the EIS Facility Identifiers accordion filter. The EIS Facility IDs listed in the uploaded file is also displayed in the Facility Source Types field of the Report Criteria section on the Report Request page

If there are any issues with the format or file type of the uploaded file, an error message will be displayed at the top of the page.

To remove the list of EIS Facility Identifiers in your requested report criteria, click the “Clear” button in the EIS Facility Identifiers filter.
