Facility Configuration: Control Associations Report
The Facility Configuration: Control Associations Report provides details of where emissions control devices exist at a facility and the association they have to units, processes, and release points within the sites, across all Agencies, filterable by EIS Facility Identifier, geography, NAICs, Facility Source Type, Facility Operating Status.
The following filters are available to select from within the accordion style tables: (Filter Name – Table Column Headings)

- EIS Facility Identifiers - Upload CSV file with Facility IDs. The file must be a CSV
with one column labeled "EIS Facility ID" followed by any EIS Facility IDs that you want
your report filtered by. There is a limit of 10,000 EIS Facility ID records that may be
