Facility Configuration: Process and Unit Report


The Facility Configuration: Process and Unit Report provides details of processes and units, across all Agencies, filterable by geography, NAICS, Facility Source Type, or Operating Status. Only EIS Identifiers are provided.

The following filters are available to select from within the accordion style tables: (Filter Name – Table Column Headings)

  • EIS Facility Identifier - Upload CSV file with Facility IDs. The file must be a CSV with one column labeled "EIS Facility ID" followed by any EIS Facility IDs that you want your report filtered by. Affiliation Type Code that identifies the function that an organization or individual serves, or the relationship between an individual or organization and the facility site. "OW" No No
Company Name The name of the legal entity or company that owns or operates the facility. “ACME Power Plant” Yes No
Site Name The name assigned to the facility site by the reporting agency. This is the public or commercial name (i.e., the full name that commonly appears on invoices, signs, or other business documents, or as assigned by the state when the name is ambiguous). “Summerville ACME Power Plant” Yes No
Primary NAICS Code The NAICS code indicates the industry classification/activity or subdivision of an industry for a facility site. “326211” No No
