After providing the basic information about a facility site, additional components can be added to provide more detailed information about the facility site including the FacilityNAICS component to report the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and information about the company or legal entity that owns or operates the facility site. Only one FacilityNAICS, should be reported per facility site. If more than one is reported, only the last values submitted will be kept in the EIS.
Impact of incomplete information or critical errors. If any of the data elements fail a quality assurance check that results in a critical error, none of the information submitted will be changed and the entire component will be rejected by EIS.
